I have. I wouldn't use this as a reason not to use Obj-C++.
(Besides the fact that they're mostly harmless.)
A crash in the compiler on saving the file always implicates
Predictive Compilation. Uncheck "Use Predictive Compilation" in
the Building preferences pane.

We've addressed a number of these compiler crashes on ill-formed
code in the last few versions of Xcode. The originator didn't note
what version this occurred on, but I'd recommend trying this on
Xcode 2.4.
