Hello,
I've recently written a Cocoa front-end for a USB firmware loader /
device control app. Now I have a bunch of files that the app needs
to load (firmware, XSVF files for an FPGA, etc...).
Right now it just loads them from a given location in the file
system, but to make things easier, I'd like to package them with
the application
So could someone let me know how I load a file packaged with an
application? (e.g. in MyApp.app/Contents/Resources/English.lproj)
Andrew,
This is really a question for some Cocoa list. Normally such files
are kept somewhere in the Resources folder of your app. You can look at:
Classes/NSBundle_Class/index.html>
and search for the "Finding a resource" section to find several calls
suitable for your purpose.
