Where does this dylib come from? If you drag it into your project in
the same way that you did with the static library, you should be able
to set the ordering by dragging the static library and the dylib up
and down in the project tree (on the left hand side).
You shouldn't need to use the -l switch manually in Xcode except in
special cases.
