Even if Xcode 2.5 is under an NDA at this moment...
it's hardly the most effective of systems.
Anyone, even someone who doesn't even have a Mac and is just an evil
PC user, could create an account with Apple, and download Xcode 2.5.
Unless the NDAs are signed in person on paper, you have proof that
the individuals name and address are correct, and a few other basic
security checks are taken, I wouldn't really value the "NDA".
Also, apparantly iTunes has an agreement that you musnt't use iTunes
for terrorism, or creating nuclear or biological weapons of mass
destruction.
Something gives me the idea that Apple are being just a little bit
ridiculous with their electronic agreements. There's a page about it
here: http://www.thebestpageintheuniverse.net/c.cgi?u=macs_cant
