I've just installed Xcode 2.5, and found that my custom Project

How do I activate them?
By reading the accompanying release notes. One thing that was however
not very clear to me is that you always have to create an Xcode
subdirectory in the mentioned new locations (e.g. it's /Library/
Developer Tools/Shared/Xcode/Project Templates). I actually had to do
a ktrace/kdump on Xcode before I figured that one out, but when
rereading the text then I saw it could indeed be read like that.
