Yes, in some instances. Select the items of interest, hold down the
mouse button until the items show a deeper shadow, and drag them to
your intended destination.
That is how you move things within a NIB without breaking connections.
I think you should not attempt this, as you have no idea whether (for
instance) the workings of that bundle depend on the exact view
hierarchy of its panel.
