C Function declaration & fold

Hello list.

I looked at the archives and at google, without any solution.

Is there any way (maybe with apple script), to auto generate the function declaration?

For example, in my .c I have

void hello(int anInt) {
...
}

and I want

void hello(int anInt);

to be automaticaly added/updated in my .h (or at the top of my .c if I'm on a single file)

And also, will xcode support folding? I heard about it somewhere but I'm not sure.

Best regards
