Hmm, doesn't seem to work for me. Maybe I'm just thick though. :)
I have downloaded "Dec06DevDocPDF" from the ADC site. In Xcode >
Preferences > Documentation I added "path/to/Dec06DevDocPDF/
documentation" (the folder which has many subfolders with many PDFs). I
relaunch Xcode. Then I go to, for example, the "Introduction to Core
Data Reference Update" page but the PDF link still points to <http://
developer.apple.com/documentation/Cocoa/Reference/CoreDataRefUpdate/
CoreDataRefUpdate.pdf> and not <file://localhost/path/to/Dec06DevDocPDF/
documentation/Cocoa/Reference/CoreDataRefUpdate/CoreDataRefUpdate.pdf>.
