I need to generate a loader map so I can make sense out of a crash
report where the symbols have been stripped.

I added -M to the Other Linker Flags and it gets passed to ld, but where
does the output go? There has to be some way to get it into a file.

I haven't done that in awhile, but I seem to recall that the link map is dropped in the bundle's executable folder, i.e., mybundle.ext/ Contents/MacOS/.
