Hi Frank.
CW opens fine on mine, at least so far. Did you do anything in
particular to get it to break?
I've heard good things about BBedit, but have no experience with it myself.
You can try TextWrangler, which has the same diff interface as bbedit.
Personally, I do all my diffing in bbedit, for all the reasons that
the OP mentioned (esp. live update, in-place edit)
