replacement for CW compare?

Alas, CodeWarrior now refuses to open on my Intel Mac. I knew this day would come. Since time out of mind I have been using CW to merge parallel directories on isolated CVS systems. Apple's FileMerge is functional but so very unintuitive (no live update, no in-place update, arrows point in the wrong direction, weird preferences to deal with). Are there any merge tools out there as good as CW?
