Alas, CodeWarrior now refuses to open on my Intel Mac. I knew this day would come. Since time out of mind I have been using CW to merge parallel directories on isolated CVS systems. Apple's FileMerge is functional but so very unintuitive (no live update, no in-place update, arrows point in the wrong direction, weird preferences to deal with). Are there any merge tools out there as good as CW?

The best I've ever used is Meld, which you can install via MacPorts and presumably Fink:

It runs under X11, but it might be possible to get it working with the GTK+ port for OS X. I hope someone will be ambitious enough to port it some time or create an equivalent native app.
