If your source files are not direct descendants of the folder that
contain your project, but are instead in a path that is "up and
over" from the project file (e.g. ../src/mySource.cp), this is a
known problem in Xcode 2.x that has been fixed in an upcoming
release.
Yes, this is my case. I guess I just have to wait for the next
release to see the bullets back then.

When does Apple hope to release the next version of Xcode? I'd assume
it'll be released when OS X 10.5 is released, I'm not sure if there's
a definitive date for that either. More information on this would be
greatly appreciated.
