I see this happening as well. Less than 50% of the time, but it seems to
be a bug in Xcode or in one of its components.

Debugging in Xcode is quite painful compared with CodeWarrior, although
some of the worst issues were fixed by switching from STABS to DWARF.

Xcode's extreme slowness at loading files is another serious debugging
problem.
