CHUD 4.4.4 won't open

I have updated from CHUD 4.2 to 4.4.4, first using CHUD remover.  Now it
won't open.  It bounces in the dock, then just closes before actually
opening.

I then deleted all developer tools using the uninstall-devtools.pl. and
reinstalled XCode 2.4.1 without CHUD, then installed 4.4.4.  Same problem,
it won't open.  I am running 10.4.8 server.  Is CHUD 4.4.4 broken with
this version of the OS, or is there some other problem.
