IIRC, I think that you will find that this image file is referenced twice from a target / build phase.
Try to inspect your build phases (you find them under the target icon in the groups & files pane) and verify that it only show up where, and as many times as, expected.


If you search for this warning message in Google / the list archives you will also find some additional suggestions.
