Xcode's documentation updates notifier stopped working

On both my machines Xcode 2.4.1 states that no documentation updates are
available but this is not true: the last documentation update I
installed is the February one and the March one has been shipped on 14
Mar 2007.
Any confirms?
I am reluctant to file a bug report because I think this is a simple
server-side problem, maybe someone forgot to push the right button.
There is also a small issue on the Documentation downloads page of my
ADC account. The Read Me file for the "March 2007 ADC Reference Library
Update" is actually the one from the "March 2007 Developer Documentation
in PDF".
