I am reluctant to file a bug report because I think this is a simple
server-side problem, maybe someone forgot to push the right button.

That's more or less correct. We had some hassles getting the March package up on connect.apple.com, and the update switch never got turned on.

We plan to release the next doc update shortly, so we're not going to change the current situation. However, you can get the March update from connect.apple.com if you'd prefer not to wait.

Any confirms?

There is also a small issue on the Documentation downloads page of my
ADC account. The Read Me file for the "March 2007 ADC Reference Library
Update" is actually the one from the "March 2007 Developer Documentation
in PDF".
