Support for unreleased products?

I am experiencing a bug in an unreleased Apple product which is
preventing me from figuring out what it would take for my application
to support the product when it's released. I'm testing the product
under NDA.
Do I need to use a support incident to get tech support on this? Or
is there a way I can get support without being charged for it?
I've been all day beating my head against the wall.
