Do I need to use a support incident to get tech support on this? Or
is there a way I can get support without being charged for it?
I've been all day beating my head against the wall.
If the bug is in the Apple product, I'd file a bug report. You can
also contact DTS about it. If you're dealing with a bug in the Apple
product, they shouldn't charge you for an incident, and in general I
they'll assess something to let you know if it requires an incident.
You might even get some help from someone on the product's team if
your problem is interesting to them. Who knows? Can't hurt to try.
But since it's under NDA, none of the lists will be an option for
getting help. There's a reason they call it "the bleeding edge." ;-)
