Then follow the instructions and seed notes in the NDA for getting support and providing feedback. Do I need to use a support incident to get tech support on this? Or is there a way I can get support without being charged for it?
DTS does not support unreleased products. I've been all day beating my head against the wall.
Stop. At the very minimum, file a Radar. And use the lists designed for one-way contact with Apple; as a fallback send it to email@hidden and I'll make sure it gets to the right place.
