Then follow the instructions and seed notes in the NDA for getting support and providing feedback.

DTS does not support unreleased products.

I've been all day beating my head against the wall.


Stop.  At the very minimum, file a Radar.  And use the lists designed for one-way contact with Apple; as a fallback send it to email@hidden and I'll make sure it gets to the right place.
