That would certainly make a kind of sense: an envar like this one
(DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH) is actually a major back door for a number of
hacker attacks, and such settings are often pruned at security
barrier points (such as sudo and Pseudo). I don't quite see the
justification in this particular case (we're talking about the same
user inside and outside Xcode, after all), but possibly I'm missing
something, and possibly this change was a deliberate security measure
(in which case, possibly it would be nice if we has some more overt
info from Apple....).
