Using XCode with GPL

I'm writing an app that I want to release under the GPL. Can I use XCode, Interface Builder, and Cocoa to create that app? Or must I build it from scratch in order to release it under the GPL? What is Apple's stance on the code created by Interface Builder and XCode?
