Breakpoints doesn't work

I've just upgrade to Leopard (on a second volume) and Xcode 3.0

The old Xcode project imported OK and I've got my project to build OK but in debug build,
breakpoints doesn't work (the blue arrow changes to a yellow arrow with a blue frame).

The debugger console shows a warning:
Warning - No location found for "Main.cpp:1455" where I have set the breakpoint.

I had to specify the executable in the Executable group in Groups and files for Xcode to launch the program,
maybe this meesed things up??

The original project works fine if I boot up in Tiger and use Xcode 2.4.1

Thanks for any help,
Rolf
