I have upgraded to Leopard and installed the new developer tools. I
can open and compile my project. But it seems whatever I change
does not end up in the app when I want to run it via the debugger.
That is, I set a breakpoint on a message that is displayed in a
view and I see the message, but there is no breakpoint. So I change
the message to something else, rebuild and debug and the message
has not changed. I did not try to run outside the debugger. I did a
complete clean project, but that did not help.
In other words, I build my app, run it from XCode but none of my
changes take hold.
Is this a common misunderstanding when upgrading? Something I
should change in my setup?
Are you using GCC 3.3 and running the code on a PowerPC Mac by any
chance?
Nope. MacBook x86. gcc 4.
