procedure: Install Xcode 3 first, then install Xcode 2.5, which then
lives in /Xcode 2.5

partition (It lives in /Volumes/$TIGERPARTITION/Developer )
If anyone can give a definitive answer as to if it possible to build
apps that will run on 10.2.8 from xCode 3 that would also be helpful.
I did that in an early 10.5 seed, but given that this is unsupported I
can live with building 10.2 on Xcode 2.5
