It should be the link "Java for Mac OS X 10.4, Release 5 (Universal)".

You may also want the corresponding Developer Documentation.  Among other
things, it has the Java source files that will make debugging easier.

If the Release 5 link isn't it, run Software Update from the Apple menu in
Finder, and note the Java updates it lists for your machine.


Since neither JDK 5.0 nor NetBeans is really an Xcode question, it may be
more appropriate on the Java-Dev list:
