I hope you are mistaken.  Zero Link is a great time-saving feature, right up there with pre-compiled headers (and multi-core Intel chips).  It's not like new frameworks get incorporated into a project very often.  And recovering from a non-Zero Link linking error is not that big a deal (just add the framework).
