Nope, it's gone. And I hadn't used it in a while because it just hadn't
seemed to make any difference in a while. I know it's been reported that
ZeroLink performance varied widely from project to project, but at least for
my projects, as of at least Xcode 2.4, it made hardly any difference at all
when I timed it, so I started just leaving it off. I didn't go exploring to
figure things out, but my general impression is that link times improved
with later releases of Xcode reducing the need for ZeroLink.

What the heck, if you haven't lately, try comparing with it off vs on,
before you upgrade to 3, and after.

Also, if you have an 8-way Mac Pro, you will see a big performance boost
with Leopard and Xcode 3.0. Pretty close to 2x on full builds, for me, YMMV.
