It's really weird and I don't know why or when it's doing this. It obviously doesn't like the SDL library, but why?
It's harmless. Prebinding, the practice of applications' and libraries' announcing in advance what addresses they should load at, became obsolete for third-party binaries at 10.3.5 or so. The warning that prebinding couldn't be done because one of your components won't play along doesn't matter.
In the Build settings for your target, look for the option named "Prebinding," and uncheck it.
