Hmmm, somebody must have disabled prebinding in the SDL framework. We
used to have prebinding set on the PowerPC side. I'll have to look
into that.
But as stated, prebinding is effectively dead as of 10.3.4 and not
even an option on Intel. But if you're deploying on pre-10.3.4, then
it is a potential launch time optimization.
Note that if you are compiling with the prebinding flag set on your
project, and you are using the 10.4u SDK, you will get a warning in
the other direction saying prebinding is ignored.
