The best thing to do is to include only the relevant code in your e- mail when you ask a question. Attaching projects and files requires more from anyone trying to help than just reading the code as part of your message unless someone has specifically requested that you send him a sample application. It also takes more effort to reply with comments about your code since your code won't automatically be quoted in the reply.
