Check the file system permissions on "~/Library/Application Support/ Developer/Shared".
Is that folder owned, and writable, by you? If not, you need to fix that.


The permissions are:

drwxr-xr-x   3 ericgorr  staff  102 Apr  9 22:41 Shared

So, they seem to be correct. And,

-rw-r--r--  1 ericgorr  staff  115347456 Apr  9 22:41 SnapshotRepository.sparseimage

is being created when I try to create a snapshot, so, it does appear that Xcode is able to write something to that directory...but, I continue to get those errors.
