Because I closed the document in Xcode before saving in BBEdit,
then re-opened the updated document in Xcode, made more edits,
attempted save, and then get I this warning.
I like Chris Espinosa's explanation that this is a known issue
which will be fixed.
That explanation may be (probably is) correct, but you should be
aware that Xcode doesn't always fully close a document when you think
it has. For example, the Project Find window may keep a document
open, even with unsaved changes, when you might think you've closed
it because you closed the document's "main" editor window.
