Hi list!

I'm having problem with XCode 3.1. Menu item "Refactor..." is disabled. It happens with every project I start after some time. The current project is fairly strait-forward iPhone application.

Rebuilding code index, restarting IDE, cleaning targets does not help. I tried to find anything on this problem but failed. Any suggestions? Anyone noticed this before?
