Using Xcode for OpenStep Development

  • Subject: Using Xcode for OpenStep Development

Has anyone has used Xcode for OpenStep development targeting non-OS X platforms (especially Linux)? Are there any gotchas, or other things that are important, such as certain build settings and the like? Other than the obvious, such as avoiding AppKit, of course.

My idea would be to build a product as a foundation tool, then after mostly debugged convert the project to a make file, then compile under Linux (and debug some more).

TIA,
