As we all know by now, filing bugs is the only way to officially tell
Apple what we want.
I still think this is an event that happens so infrequently that it
hardly merits worrying about. Maybe this is not an accurate measure of
anything, but for one project I have:
steve$ ls *.{h,cpp} arch*/*{.h,.cpp,/*.{h,cpp,m,mm}}|wc -l
971
steve$ wc -l `ls *.{h,cpp} arch*/*{.h,.cpp,/*.{h,cpp,m,mm}}`|tail -n 1
232617 total
So in the course of writing those 232617 lines of code, 971 files have
been created. Compared to actually writing the code, changing some
boiler plate is a pretty minor task.
