Binding radio buttons to ShareUserPreferences disables it

Hi all,

I have a preference window style interface in my application that
stores various settings in the shared user defaults context for my
application.

Everything works well but any radio buttons or drop down boxes that I
bind to the context appears to be disabled when the application runs.
Is there a trick to adding radio buttons to the shared preferences?

Any pointers will be helpful. Thanks.
