So, if I have this right:
(1) the Xcode progress message "Distributing builds..." actually means "Attempting to Distribute Builds..." and does not indicate success;
(2) Is there any preference switch that tells Xcode 3.0 not to attempt any network access at all? Is Un-checking all the options in the Distributed Builds preference panel supposed to do this [but does not at the moment, because of the localhost bug]?.
