Hey David -
It looks like this is a bug in Interface Builder. You can work around
this by creating a new main menu template in IB, and then copying the
window menu out of that template and pasting it into your document.

I don't see any difference between the two menus. Is this a bug in
IB? (I vaguely remember something about a bug with the standard font
menu.)
