I have a question about Instruments, and I'm not sure what list is the right one to ask it on. I tried perfoptimization-dev, but have been met with silence.

Would someone please direct me?

Here would be fine, if the Instruments engineers aren't monitoring it I'll relay it to them.

Excellent, thank you.

Instruments 1.0, Mac OS X 10.5.2 with the graphics update (also 10.5.1).

When I press the Full Screen button at the bottom-left of a trace document's window, my screen turns black. I have to cmd-Q and then repeatedly press return to make Instruments quit (and accept all the save-document sheets). Is this a matter of my graphics card, or Spaces, or what? How can I make this work?

Bonus: In the Action (gear) menu at the lower left, there is a toggle item named "Spin Monitor." It doesn't seem to do anything, and it isn't documented anywhere. What is it?

Thanks for any help,
