Who moved my window?

In Xcode 2.5 running under 10.4.11 on an Intel MacBook with an external 17" DVI monitor, every time I close a source file's window and reopen it, Xcode positions the window such that the right edge of the window is slightly off the right side of the screen. This never happened in Xcode 2.4.1. It's very annoying to have to move windows back to the left every time I want to access a scrollbar. What gives?
