Using XCode 2.5 solved the original problem but now i can no longer
use the gcc compiler from the terminal.
It seems as if upgrading to Leopard and/or installing XCode 2.5
would have changed a lot more then expected.
Can someone help on what needs to be done to also have the fully
development environment when running in a terminal session?
There is a commandline tools package (maybe in the Xcode 3 installer
-- maybe also in the Xcde 2.5 installer -- don't remember of the top
of my head) that will allow you to access the dev tools from the
command line; I think it is optional -- so you have to explicitly
select it when installing....
