I really hate trying to use the Outline view style editor on my Info.plist files, but can't figure out how to turn it off and get back to the plain old text. Is there a preference, setting, or something? Also copy from the outline view wraps the extraction text in a pro forma header which often has to be edited out and is not what you want. IMO a step backwards in Xcode.

If you're talking about a new feature in a not-yet-released version of Xcode seeded under NDA, you might have more success reading the Release Notes for that release, which may have a paragraph detailing how to use the Open As menu item in this case.

You're also encouraged to file bugs on new features under development to help us refine them, preferably somewhat on advance of the release date as our production leadtimes are longer than those of other companies with simpler products.
