It's amazing to me that when you download the iPhone SDK, it is bundled with Xcode 3.1. After downloading Xcode 3.1 (1060MB), it is exceptionally irritating that I now have to download another 1278MB just to get the SDK! Come on Apple, you are smart enough to figure out how to test for what Xcode version is installed when installing an SDK - you should be able to figure out how to package up a 200MB standalone SDK download!
