The best thing to do would be to file a bug report at
<http://bugreport.apple.com>. Be sure to attach as many samples of
Xcode during these slow times (Activity Monitor can be good for
capturing samples of running apps). Also, if possible, attach one of
the "largish" files that the slowdown occurs in.
