Once you've downloaded and installed a doc set, you can copy that doc set to another Mac without a problem.

Here's my previous question:

"I went to download the Core Reference Guide. Part way through, I get an alert, something like "running low on disk space". So I cancel shuffle off an iphone SDK and restart. Now I've got 2.1 Gigs free. I try again. Same message, reporting the same problem. So how much disk space do I need to get the download to take?"

transfer to my other machines. Seems to me that if I have to log in to ADC
to get them, that's the same requirement as Xcode itself.

The doc updates you can download from the ADC web site
(<http://connect.apple.com>) are disk images with package installers.
Just burn it to a CD- or DVD-RW and you're good to go. You really
don't even need Xcode on the machine you download them with.

As John Brownie mentioned in another thread, the latest documentation available there is: "December 2007 Developer Documentation in PDF".

What might be more viable is when I get to here:

<docupdate.png>

and clicked update, I'd get a regular Software Update kind of scenario with the same options. That way I could keep the latest package around to install on my other Macs.
