You need to run either 2.5 or 3.x on Leopard. Having said that, both of them has a "save in 2.4 format" option that will allow you to work with developers who are still using 2.4 on Tiger, and 2.5 is also available for Tiger. It's not the one-way trip that many past updates have been.
