Safari 3.1 broke Xcode 3.0 news window?

Is it just me, or did the new Safari 3.1 update break the Xcode News window in Xcode 3.0? The right-hand section of the "Getting Started" tab stays there even if I switch to a different tab. So for instance in the Xcode News RSS tab, I can't see the scroll bar.
