Debugger Window is not showing Toolbar

The debugger window of my Xcode (2.4.1 on Tiger) suddenly is no longer displaying a toolbar. I'd like to have it do so again, but can't find a preference or menu option that does so. What have I overlooked? Or what else might I do to get the debugger window to display its toolbar? _______________________________________________
